Hi! I’m Rafe – proud dad, husband, and general dork from Utah, USA.
Professionally, I’ve been working in IT since 2018 with prior experience in automotive, construction, retail, and warehousing.
Outside of work, with the kids getting older, my life seems to revolve mostly around TTRPGs. As of writing this, I’m running a Daggerheart homebrew campaign, a Dungeons & Dragons “Keys from the Golden Vault” campaign, and a Star Wars-inspired Offworlders homebrew campaign. We also recently wrapped up a 2½-year Dungeons & Dragons campaign, and I’ve DM’d twice at the world’s largest D&D game “Dead Wars” (now called “Conclash”), in 2024 and 2025, and plan to return as a player this year.
Beyond all that, I really enjoy hiking in the mountains, taking pictures, going on random road trips, and pushing the limits of my aging body at weird niche metal concerts. Recently, I’ve seen Alestorm, Battle Beast, Beast In Black, Blackbriar, Dance With The Dead, Delain, Gloryhammer, Lutharo, Seraina Telli, Twilight Force, Visions Of Atlantis, Xandria, and Wind Rose.
